WAREHOUSE COLLECTIONS:
Products can be purchased and collected from our warehouse at 42b Porana Road in Wairau Valley. We are also available if you need advice or would like to see the products.
SHIPPING NEW ZEALAND WIDE:
For carpet rolls we use Bascik transport or Toll Transzlink to the South Island. Mark Grey Transport to Hamilton and Tauranga and Toll Transport to the rest of the North Island. In Greater Auckland we will deliver ourselves.
Deliveries to home or business:
The size and weight of rolls can make home deliveries difficult. If you have requested delivery to a residential address then:
- The access will need to be suitable for a large truck to maneuver and off load
- There will need to be adequate people power to off load the delivery. The delivery service is to the door only.
- Please check the delivery and make sure that the consignment is complete as per the consignment note and that no damage has occurred in transit.
RETURNS:
The nature of our product offering makes freighting an expensive outlay. We offer sample sets so you can choose before you commit.
If you receive the goods and change your mind we offer 48 hours until we would need to organise the return. The return freight costs and a 20% restocking fee will apply
